Create A Legacy Workshop
We all know that when stress happens, as is so often the case when there is change, we need to ease our fears. Our team of experts will help you navigate through the maze of legal, tax, financial, real estate, life issues and even spiritual issues to give them peace of mind as they face their personal change.
In our workshop, we will discuss the “four pillars” of a family legacy. The four pillars are:
- Your values and life lessons – How will they be left? Audio? Video? Book?
- Your personal possessions of emotional value – How will those be distributed so that no conflicts arise among your heirs?
- Your instructions and wishes to be fulfilled – Who are these key individuals that should be contacted? How do you make sure your wishes are fulfilled? Have you created an “Ethical Will”?
- Your financial assets or real estate – Are they in order so that they will go to your loved ones or your charities of choice? Realizing that if left unaddressed, or if properties are not properly titled, you are setting up for the government to take an unfair share.
